RF low battery fault

Hi all, I have a HKC Quantum 70 alarm and the message "RF Low Battery" is coming up on the panel. When I attempt to arm the alarm, I get an audio message stating the above followed by call engineer The low battery was for the motion sensor with a camera in the lounge. Hi all,

I have a HKC Quantum 70 alarm and the message "RF Low Battery" is coming up on the panel.

I've replaced both batteries Duracell in the motion sensor however the audio message is still showing up on the panel as well as the orange fault light still being on the panel

Do I need to reset/clear something in the engineers menu?
