Hi there,

Looking to buy an apartment. Everything has been checked, survey etc but my solicitor has said there is a judgement mortgage on the developer against the common areas of the block. The management company now has taken over the title from the developer but this judgement mortgage is still on it. Unfortunately they have advised it's not possible to find out the amount of debt this judgement is for? The judgement is 10 years old but should I proceed or what would anyone recommend.
