    Hi all,

We ordered a bed from Des Kelly which is being delivered tomorrow. I'm not sure that the bed being delivered is going to be assembled.

They also only have a email support and no phone number.

My question is, anyone who has had a bed delivered by them, did they assemble it?

I doubt it would be assembled unless very specifically stated.

Delivery to your front door only would be the norm for furniture

But beds are easy enough to assemble.

Unless you asked them to assemble it, I'd assume they won't. And they would charge extra for assembly. If it's a bed frame expect a few boxes to be placed at your door. If it's a divan it's already made up really, take it out of the plastic and attach headboard. That's easy and doable.

one reason i buy divans now! they definitely didn't put together the bunks i bought from them!

But my marriage did survive putting them up myself!

King size divans often require assembly still.
