Predictions for November floods ?

Just wondering, as its Nov 14th now, when will those november floods come back like they did this time last year and in year 2000 ? :) Thought that last nights storm might have had an affect, guess it might need a few more heavy downpours for those rivers to burst and water tables to rise ! Any ideas on flood dates? :)
