Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I'm interested in getting broadband as it is now available in my area.

I used to have a telephone pole in the garden but when we got rid of the landline quite a few years back the pole was taken down.

I was wondering if I was to sign up to broadband what the installation would cost, given that we may need a pole back in the garden.

I've read somewhere that if house is <50m that you wouldn't need a pole, is this the case?

    Pole installs are free
Being less than 50m means nothing regarding poles. If it has to come across a road for example then generally a pole is needed the other side of the road

    Hi there jimmy86,

Thank you for getting in touch with us here.

The cost of installation is very much dependant on the customers' circumstances. The usual installation fee for our FTTH is €249.99, at the moment there is a discount of €99.99 making it €150.00 for installation.

If you contact our Sales department on 1800 503 303, they will be able to assist you further with this query.
