My next tournament will be taking a different format, it's gonna be in video form, no more flags or crest for now

As revealed in the Battle of Western Europe thread, the September tournie is gonna be for best World Cup Goal Ever. This can be wonder strikes, dramatic late goals, sentimental efforts, underdog tales, bangers, screamers, infamous ones, whatever.

Any named in the aforementioned thread will be included but if you'd like to nominate some yourself, do so here. If you want to provide a youtube link or a gif, go for it. If not, I suppose I'll do the donkey work

I'll put a limit on three nominations per poster.

I don't know what that sentence means but if they're allowed I vote for David O'Leary's penalty against Romania. Maybe not the best goal, but the most exciting.

Penalties in a shootout are not officailly goals so dont know if they count here, though thats for Mack to decide of course.
