Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My oul lad bought me a few shirts in Jack Jones Navan while passin through. Thing is, one is too small, and the other is one i plain just dont fancy. Can I swap them with receipt at any other Jack Jones? (i.e the one 10 mins awayfrom me. Never liked JJ ware, more of a jean scene man myself when it comes to shirts, JJ sells awful crap sh1te for a bad price)

Probably better suited to consumer affairs but I know the like of Tesco and other big stores insist that you can only return an item to the store where it was purchased...Can't see why JJ would be any different.

Generally clothes shops are nice when it comes to returning clothing. Call up your local store and ask them. I can't see that there will be an issue but you'd better check first. Take the time to explain that they were a gift and that you have the receipt.

^ Aye but to the point where they'll exchange/refund from a purchase made in Navan at a store in Dublin? Couldn't see it myself but I'm not in retailing so can't be sure...
I do know that when I went back to Tesco with something alst year I was told I needed to back to the actual store it was bought from (there's two in my immeadiate area)
