Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Changed Provider Modem Settings

    Hey All

    recently switched business broadband from Vodafone to Eir

    But two things arent working,

    Credit Card Terminal and Email from Copier/Scanner

    Was all working fine before hand, these are connected from downstairs to upstairs to modem via ethernet switch

    Any ideas, been on to Copier supplier re settings change and no joy,

    any advice before I waste my time attempting to fruitlessly contact eir?

    Change the copiers SMTP server to Eirs from Vodafones.

    Your merchant services provider should be able to talk you through the terminal.

    Yeah, tried all the settings for mail server on the copier, no joy, thats what led me to think something else is wrong as its
    both the terminal and the copier not working since the switch

    I even have our own SMTP .ie email server, but no joy on that either, working fine on all the PC's

    Is the network on the terminal / scanner configured manually or retrieved automatically via DHCP? The default gateway address differs on the Vodafone hub compared to Eir so if they are manually configured, they may need updating.

    Not sure you're heading into territory beyong me now, dont remember seeing DHCP settings on the copier, I'll have a look
