Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Manage pages without being logged in

    Hi,

Just wondering is there any solutions for accessing facebook pages from a desktop without an individual being logged in.

We would use facebook messenger a bit through work, but it means someones private account has to be logged in and left open on the desktop for this to work. Is there any way around this that just the page can be logged into?

Obviously someone has to be logged in, but if access to the personal side of things wasn't possible it would be great.

    Thanks

The purpose of "logged in" is so that only authorised people can access the page.
So this involves a personal account. More than one person can have administrative rights, so person doing editing logs in with their account and then logs out. If someone else is editing they log in with their own account and log out after.
Alternatively create a dummy personal account just for the office and admin the business page from there.

There are plenty of social media management tools on the market that let you do this. Essentially the account owner authenticates the social media accounts and then shares access with users in the tool.
https://www.agorapulse.com/ is one, but there are plenty of others out there. Pricing / features will vary widely.
