Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    ok to keep it simple
2 estate houses backing onto each other
new owners in one have cut down leilandi hedge along rear boundary
hedge was providing a lot of privacy as one house is higher than the other
both parties would like to add maybe 600-800mm onto the top of the rear boundary wall
wall is maybe 2000 on the lower house side and 1500 on the higher house
    permission is needed
    one is privately owned
    one is council house,
privately owned house not keen on going for planning,

council house want to but whats the situation there , considering they dont own the house, can they apply for planning , or do they have to approach the council to ask them to do it
