Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My brother passed away about 2 years ago , there is no will,
i intend to get probate through the probate office.
He had 2 bank accounts .
5k in one. i don,t know how much is in account no2.
Its probably a few 100 euro.
what documents will i need for the probate office apart from my id, and the death cert.
I have 1 bank book with 5k in it and a few documents .
I have 3 sisters , 2 live outside ireland in different countrys .
    1 lives in ireland .
will i need to get probate form signed from the sisters abroad.
i ,m in touch with them through email.
    I,m
assuming the estate will be split equally among the sisters and me,
after paying fees to the probate office.
i read an article ,it said its possible to do this without using a solicitor with the help of the probate office.
Any advice would be welcome .
i have not filled out any forms yet .
