Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Help wording an offer

    Hi, just looking for some help wording an offer in struggling with.

    It's for a salon that offers 50% certain treatments if you get a follow up treatment done within 4 weeks. Straight forward to here...

    However I want to also have a minimum charge of €20.

    So if someone comes in for the offer and their bill comes to €50, they'll get 50% off they'll pay €25 but if someone comes in on the offer and their bill is €30 that there bill will only be discounted to €20.

    I don't want to go the route of 50% off when you spend over €40 as I still want people who are spending 20-30 to avail of a certain amount of discount.

    The wording is for the TS and C's as opposed to the advertising/lead offer, I just want it to be clear and I'm struggling.

    Any help appreciated

    Specsavers do something like this. If there is a branch nearby, maybe ask them for it. Most businesses will assist another business if possible

    Just put "€20 minimum charge applies to discounted treatments" and then give an example like you have here so it's nice and clear.
