Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Can someone pm me a recommendation for a BER assessor who would cover the South Galway Region and the approximate cost. Thanks.

Is it a new build or existing house?

If you go on the SEAI website and search for assessors in Galway you will probably find one close to you.
Prices vary depending on house type but expect to pay a minimum of €220
