Why is there no eCar charging roaming in Ireland?

https://www.hubject.com/en Hubject allows eCars to roam like mobile phones across Europe and beyond. Standardised system. Support from all the big names in the industry - car manfacturers and electricity generators / grids. Except for Ireland. One has to ask why?
