I need to put an extra vent in the bedroom. We had mould in a corner last winter and the existing vent is the far side of the room.

The walls were pumped by the previous owner.

Is there anything I need to consider in boring a hole through the wall?

    Thanks

Pipes or electrics. If drilling from inside out then make sure your clearing the eves or and gutters.

Have the correct size pipe for the bore do make sure use pipe in the hole. Have the correct size vent covers for the pipe.

What do you mean "clearing eaves & gutters".

There's no electrics that side of the wall.

Don’t bore into the eave/ gutter - make sure your hole is below them
