Well another month over, and not a bad month it was,how will this month go...Current conditions here

Has calmed down, skies have cleared and is warming up for the time being.

Can put away the Halloween mask - am thinking of moving abroad anyhow; the oh so typical climate here and myself are non too compliant.

Nasty start to the day here in Kildare. Rain driving against the window. Reminds me of a typical wet day in the Whest.

06 z run of GFS showing promise now as well with higher pressures starting to build in the Atlantic as we move further through the run.

Hopefully its still too early to write off August

Quite short but amazingly heavy shower just passed through. Has overwhelmed the gutters as water is just pouring all over the place from them. Blue sky overhead less than 30 seconds after it stopped. Talk about short and sharp!

Lovely scuds, nearly hitting the roofs. Got a nice juicy 2.4 mm from it. Nice strong gust front too.

I drove through it, the M7 was reduced to 40kph, crazy monsoon like rain.
