Door handle is coming off as the screw holes aren’t adequately small and can’t use bigger screws as the base of the handle won’t take a larger screw head

Any good fillers out there that will dry rock solid that’ll take the screw?

    TIA

    Yes.

Remove the handle, put 1 or 2 matchsticks in the holes, snap them off flush with the surface of the door and replace the handle.

No need for glue. It will work perfectly.

Thank you, have tried similar to that but will try harder as I didn’t use matchsticks but smaller pieces of wood. Thanks for help

The matchsticks trick works best on solid doors. If you have hollow core doors the best approach can be to drill right through where the holes are and glue in fresh dowels that you can then screw into.
