Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Interesting that all of the above were won very early in the day. Maybe they have a crappy system to allocate prizes, meaning they have a set amount per day/week. If their randomiser is poor, they could all be won very early, meaning if you scratch later in the day you get the crappy €5/€10 gift voucher prizes?

    I dunno, I scratched very early in the morning in week 1 too and all I got were those crappy travel vouchers.

    Given the recent fiasco with orders from Vodafone online shop during the Black Friday promotion, combined with the negative experiences having been reported here related to the company handling the current promotion (Sweete), I would be very nervous until I actually received any of the higher value prizes.. :pac:

    To those that won a phone, did you have to do anything to redeem it? I did receive an email to say it will be shipped in 2-10 days, but also just got the message to say I need to redeem the code within 24 hrs.

    I got the same msg in email for phone I won, I think our details as in name and address are saved in the Vodafone app and they look at that and send the prizes out.

    Will be interesting who gets prizes on Friday the earliest but I will update if I receive anything.
