    Today, I have contacted homesnag.ie, they have confirmed that Joy will be doing the inspection. I have a second choice as Claire Meade, from New Homes Snagging. I am not sure how good they are. Does someone has experience with these people? They are asking 180 euro for 1st visit and 90 euro for 2nd visit.
