Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Found this little one on the side of the road yesterday looking pretty distressed bouncing around the place.
Eventually flew up to a bit of a height so reckoned it was OK.
Any idea what it is? Some type of finch?
Edit: Closest I can find is a zebra finch so maybe an escaped pet? Would explain how I could get so close.

The lovely mandarin duck. I've come across them a handful of times on the Royal Canal between Ashtown and Blanchardstown in the past few years. Set out on a whim to see if I could find one today with my camera and delighted I did!0 -
