Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sick Mac Pro seeks new home

My old reliable Mac Pro is exhausted. The fans spin and the HDD comes to life but it won't boot. I suspect it needs a new PSU.
    It's a 2009 Mac Pro 4,1 but running 5,1 firmware.
Might be useful as a source of spares or as a repair project for someone who's handy with a soldering iron.
Before I put it up on adverts.ie maybe someone here would be interested.
I'll throw in an ATI Radeon HD 5870, a flashed GeForce GTX 680 (Mojave compatible), 3 sticks of 2GB RAM, 3 sticks of 4GB RAM, extended keyboard and Mighty Mouse (if I can find it).
    Collect only from South Dublin.
If you're tempted make me an offer.
