Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey people-I don't know if I'm posting in the correct place,but the question is,does anyone know he exact position/procedures to avail of the first time buyer refund/tax back that the government announced in the Budget?- I'm first time,just signed for a new build but I haven't been able to get much information on how I apply for the rebate. Thanks
