Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Worrying about fate – life way to short for that.

Do you see yourself living into old age ?

I hope so anyway , I want to be around to torment everyone for many years to come, so maybe that will keep me going

Can you dry swallow tablets ?

    Only very small ones.

What phone network are you on?

What phone network are you on?

    Vodafone.

Have you fibre broadband at home?

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,633 ✭✭✭✭Widdershins

A vitamin tablet got stuck in my throat the last time I dry swallowed so...no

    Vodafone

    I don't think it's fibre

Do you care much about the presentation and packaging of things you buy?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,104 ✭✭✭Trigger Happy

Yes, especially food. Buy buying something like a Jo Malone candle is a pleasure because of they way they package it. Not the best for the environment I suppose.

Do you have any fancy dan candles in your home?

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,633 ✭✭✭✭Widdershins

Solid beeswax candles. Closest candlelight to natural sunlight & they purify the air. Unpackaged, but the price is fancy :/

Do you filter your tap water? If so with what kind of filter?

    I don't have a filter, wouldn't mind one .

If someone said roaring ass repeatedly 5 times in row , would you start giggling childishly ?

I might laugh, sometimes I'm very easily amused :)

I like a glass of La Fee Vert Absinthe. It helps me to write :D And it's the only spirit so far that hasn't either floored me or made me sick *embarassed face*.

Have you ever disgraced yourself by drinking more than you can hold, as an adult?

Not sure it was funny but I suppose blackly ridiculous...fell off a bed last Friday night after projectile vomiting whiskey onto the floor on my side of the bed. Where I landed. Then when leaving I left behind a 'personal possession' :/ if you didn't laugh you'd cry.

Thank god this is anonymous...I'm a lady, usually, honestly :D

Ever had to follow a diet designed to *gain* weight/muscle?

Does the thought of dying worry you?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,223 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

Sometimes, but it is an inevitability so there's no point worrying about it imo.

Last time you were at a funeral?

Also a little lost. Just going through the motions.

Which is worse in your opinion: nail biting or nose picking?

If you pick your nose, then nail-biting, if you don't, then nail-biting, so it must be nail biting.

Do you eat the heel of the loaf?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,223 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

    Nose picking

EDIT: Yes. I love that part of the loaf
