ecollege's apprenticeship course notes give 3 methods of wiring lighting one-way circuits:
    1. Loop-in method
    2. Joint Box method
    3. Three Plate Ceiling Rose method
    See http://www.ecollege.ie/site/liu/electrical_notes/LL222.pdf, p.36

I've come across a first fix that I'm trying to finish off and found this:
    https://sites.google.com/site/4occasionaluse/lightingccts
I've shown how I anticipate the second fix - "Type 4"

My question is: Is there any reason why a neutral terminal strip should not be allowed to 'float' in the box.
    Any other issues here?
