My current account is with them. I'm a fairly easy going person and patient enough (well most of the time anyway haha) but anytime I have to interact with BOI staff they always seem to have this superior tone, which drives me bananas. Idk but I always feel like they take a personal affront when you ask them to follow up on…

365 staff (over the phone ) are very good
Branch staff can be poor some times

Yes I ring through their Premier line as I'm a Premier customer and usually very quick but not lately kept Waiting ages and they reduced their opening times to phone...
