Found this in with some old coins my mum has any idea what it is and if it's repo or original

The head is the general shape of George V (reigned 1910-1936) but it's going to be worthless on account of the condition. Unless it's made of gold or silver- scrape it with a wire brush and see what's underneath, if it's copper then throw it in the bin.

I did a search and found this.

However the relief of Wenceslaus looks different in mine, so it's likely to be a fake.
