Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Captain Slow IRL,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Has all the necessary paperwork been sent to ESB Networks? See here for more information in relation to the new connection process.

Once ESB Networks have verified the MPRN and done all the preliminary work, the customer can choose their supplier in order to get the electricity supply connected.

If you wish to choose Electric Ireland as your supplier, we recommend ringing 1850 305 090 once all the paperwork has been completed. Our colleagues will send a request to ESB Networks to complete the connection.

Electric Ireland offer customers savings of up to 5.5% off electricity usage where customers register for direct debit and Online Billing.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Kind regards,
    Aoife
