Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

And it's standard practice to expect former employees not to access your data on behalf of their new employer.

Ya but this is the real world lad people look for an advantage to get ahead. City a club that are propping up their accounts with exaggerated sponsorship money and have blood money running through it. I'd save my outrage

Sure why the need for passwords at all. Everyone's honest.

Leicester score but it's ruled out for offside by VAR, correct call.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 60,886 ✭✭✭✭Agent Coulson

VAR gets it right and rules out a goal Leicester.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,610 ✭✭✭eigrod

Sissoko there looked way worse in real time. Not even sure it was a foul. At least he didn’t show the red the crowd were baying for.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 60,886 ✭✭✭✭Agent Coulson

On replay that looks like a great challenge for the ball by Sissoko

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,898 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

He got the ball but it's still a studs up two footer.

I know it's a screenshot but the left foot is on the ground and the studs are towards the ground on right foot. Doesn't look bad there.

I suppose it is scousers we are talking about. Honesty is a seldom used word on Merseyside.:)
They even have security tags on the pick and mix in the shops there.

    What plan?

I thought scousers were famed for their sense of humour but I suppose you aren't one being from the west of Ireland an all seeing as you are so interested in where people live. ;)

That was a great instinctive finish by Kane. Wouldn't call it a natural finish like BT did as he was practically on the floor making it which ain't exactly a natural position. :o

It's a natural position for Phil Jones, never forget him trying to head a ball while lying on the ground. :)

Manchester has been united since last February. All united behind the blue side. Clear evidence of it on here.

Anyone watching the football today or just busy being dickswinging gobshítes?

VAR being the star in Leicester - Spurs

  • The usage of VAR is getting embarrassing

How are they getting everything so messed up, part of the problem is half the officials on-field or off (VAR screens) don't know the rules of football

Would be very interested to know the margin of error involved and the calibration of the VAR technology for offsides. Particularly how it resolves where body parts, which are not in direct contact with the plain of the pitch, are in relation to the surface of the pitch.

And on a separate but related point; a side having a goal ruled out after a lengthy VAR delay, instead of naturally via the referee/linesman waving their flag, results in a much greater momentum swing imo. Completely intangible and impossible to empirically prove but significant nonetheless.

The aurier goal being chalked is harsh but offside if offside these days regardless

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 40,061 ✭✭✭✭Harry Palmr

Offside is just about the only thing the VAR bunker is getting more or less correct.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,610 ✭✭✭eigrod

    Some goal from Maddison

There a solid side and definitely didn't deserve to lose last week. Spurs look awful this season, Poch has had enough.

If Madrid move against Zidane and Spurs are not in freefall (!) then I'd not be shocked if he switched.

That job is Mourinho’s to lose.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,611 ✭✭✭✭ERG89

Looking at how Eriksen is playing he might suit Madrid now as he doesn't look remotely bothered & plays like his legs are gone.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 11,348 ✭✭✭✭ricero

It's starting to look a bit stale at spurs. The players and Poch just don't seem that up for it this season.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,735 ✭✭✭✭Bobeagleburger

Nice win for Leicester. Spurs underwhelming.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 40,061 ✭✭✭✭Harry Palmr

Maybe that defeat in the CL final had a much bigger impact that we could have guessed. Liverpool drew some extra belief if anything from the loss to Real Madrid.

If it is, I'd say it's feeding down to the players from the manager, who seems to have taken it unreasonably hard

    Very Spurs like from Spurs.

Would also say that goal adds a few million onto Maddison’s price when he’s united’s marquee signing next summer.
