    One room in a 2 bed apartment near Monkstown, about 10 mins walk to DART will be available on either the first of August or the first of September.

    Rent is 350ish a month. Its a decent area, private parking and one of those door intercom buzz things smile.gif Its a quiet neighbourhood so no all night parties etc.

    Your potential flatmate (me) is a 29yr old male programmer.

    Yep thats for the person who is moving in...
    There is a TV right now but the guy whos moving out is taking it with him along with the ****ing couch!

    Looks like I will have to purchase a TV and a couch after he leaves so there should be no prob about somewhere to sit yer **** when watching Baywatch :P

    Theres all the usual stuff there too like a washing machine, fridge, potato peeler and the like.
