    I and my mates are jsut after finishing up (well finished up 2 months ago) wityh our current lanlord.Now he was a royal tit in many ways but now he refuses to give back deposits for no reason etc.

    What im wondering whom would some1 goto i na situation like ths or also to report him for the way he set the house cough tax cough! (im full of vengence lol)

    Anyhelp would be appreciated.

    What were the terms of the deposit?

    Have you given back the apartment in 'good condition' (as defined in your lease)?

    Have you paid all the bill that are due or will become due?

    Threshold should be able to help you, but they are a voluntary organisation with consequent restraints on resources. If necessary, you could get a solicitor to write a letter and assuming the landlord is in the wrong, he should pay up.


    Too many freaks, not enough circuses.
