Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ending Tenancy - Valid Reason

If an immediate family member of mine has a home that is currently rented out to a tenant, I understand a valid reason for ending that tenancy is if I were to be moving in (ie. the landlord requires the property for personal or family use).

If I were only to require the property for 3 nights a week, is this acceptable? For example, Friday / Saturday and Sunday nights only, while staying elsewhere while travelling for work (but my belongings would still be at the property 7 days a week).

    Thanks

I would recommend simply saying you want to move into the property and leave it at that .

Stress your plan is to live there long term etc.

As long as it is used only to you, what you do with it is your business.
