Hey guys, we got our mortgage through councli, engineer is supposed to do evaluation any day now. Council are telling us after evaluation, its going to take another 2 months till funds are released, witch we think it's a bit of a joke. House is a new built. So just wondering has anyone else had to deal with this and how…

Hey guys, we got our mortgage through councli, engineer is supposed to do evaluation any day now. Council are telling us after evaluation, its going to take another 2 months till funds are released, witch we think it's a bit of a joke. House is a new built. So just wondering has anyone else had to deal with this and how long did it take? We have all documents signed, all documents passed to council. As we are paying rent now bit frustrated with our home ready to go. Thanks
