Hi 1/would you have contact numbers for a not expensive survery to look at a property to buy? Please send me details . Are there any obiligations for surveyer /buyer? 2/ And also I wanted to ask you if the survery finds flaws in the property what then? Is the owner obligated to repair before sale or to drop the price? Or…
