    Mendy plays full game.

Aguero off for Jesus in the 89th minute.

That actually works lovely - removes any doubt about him being injured. Plus, they were at home and don't play until Sunday, at home again.

I'm still reluctant to say he's a serious threat to Zinchenko as of now. May be a little bit of rotation between the two. Zinchenko, however, in competitive games has been extremely solid for quite a time now.

Think you have to be avoiding both. If you have zinchenko I wouldn’t be in a mad rush to get rid but I’d be looking at moving to Otamendi and I certainly wouldn’t be buying zinchenko now.

Think this means Aguero is likely to play at the weekend? I think he will too. Pep said he had a very slight injury last weekend so presuming that’s why he didn’t start. Generally Aguero in the league is one of the more nailed city attackers do I won’t be even thinking of jumping off him unless he’s benched again this weekend.

I thought he was really, really poor against Everton.

Mufc XI vs AZ: De Gea, Dalot, Lindelof, Rojo, Williams, Fred, Matic, Mata, Gomes, James, Greenwood

Interesting to see Lindelof start his third game in a week. I reckon he's under a bit of pressure from Tuanzebe, who I think will start this weekend against a physical Newcastle. 4.4m currently....

If Cantwell is a doubt by tomorrow evening I am not sure I will be able to resist Hayden to Saka
