    My foot is kinda bad after last night, landed awkardly in the first few mins. So Ill probably be there and just go in goals.

    Think I'll give it a miss this week. Even playing in goal last week I felt my shins later. Got fairly sore by th eend of the match on Sunday. Going to try make use of my Gym membership that ends in May to go swimming abit before the weekend in the hope it helps.

    The lad who posted the Player Available thread told me he will be there also.

    His name is Gary lads, make him feel at least a bit welcom will yiz :D

    So that makes 8 if Joe's counting is back on track.

    I can't make it, I'm moving house at the weekend, and the bloke I'm moving in with is a Chef who works on Saturdays, and is off tomorrow, so I have to get some of my gear around there tomorrow night, also collect my keys and all that jazz.

    I brought spare socks and t-shirt last time I had to get the bus home. Got changed
    on the bus. People gave me a few weird looks though :D

    Training was good tonight! News lads were great too. It's nice to see new faces
    and more options coming into the side.

    Out of all the training sessions I think tonight might of been the best for two
    touch. There was lots of movement off the ball too. We should work on the give
    and go mentality rather than standing around once we pass the ball.

    All round, good session :)

    tks for last night lads, really enjoyed it. Very stiff this morning, only to be expected after my first run-out in nearly 8 months!

    I particularily appreciate the lump above my ankle from that late challenge from Mike (I think) always good to be welcomed :D
