Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do you want cut resistant or just a hardwearing pair of gloves?
Husqvarna sell a good range of gloves with cut resistance up to 28 m/s, they last well but if you are just handling firewood then its worth getting cheap knit gloves with rubber grip which keep your hands mostly dry and don't kill you when they wear out.
The ones blocklayers wear are good, Showa 310 are good and cheap.

Or else he can’t reply as he chopped his hand off!

Been working chainsaw since I was old enough to hold it and never wore a single bit of ppe. Like many farmers playing fast and loose with safety.

But bought my first chainsaw pants earlier this week on screwfix. Escaped long enough.
