Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Shedding more pounds; getting toned & fit again; back jogging for the very 1st time in months , over 2years since I was thrown off my bike back on 4Nov'12.
Teeny Tiny Things like re-gaining confidence; mobility & focus! Won't break any records jogging at the moment as easing back in again, but my God did it feel good

~ a lovely lavender bath this evening leaving my body feel so at ease that

Having my pet birdie perch on my hand, close his eyes, and fall asleep. I swear that bird can actually smile. Also, I'm awe-struck by the amount of trust he has in me, he's willing to drink from a bottle of water I'm holding for him by sticking his head inside the neck of the bottle (it's an old fruit juice bottle with a large neck, it's not as if he'd get stuck in it, but his vision would be severely impaired while his head is inside the bottle). 0 -

Just remembered that I have a hairdressers appointment later and I have my tablet with me so I can read my book in peace while someone does nice things with my hair

There was a family sitting in front of me on the bus today, a couple, their two small kids and grandma. The kids, mother and grandmother were getting off at the same stop (for school I reckon) but the dad was staying on the bus. He got a kiss from his little girl and then his wife and gave the little boy a big hug and squeeze and was touching his little hand until he couldn't reach the boy any more, it was just so lovely to see. He shifted over to the window to look out at them getting off the bus then 0 -

Reminds me, I was at a friend's house for a christening and there were loads of people and family there.
She had chairs in a half circle around the kitchen where everyone was sitting. One of the nephews who was 2, was going home with his mam and his mam said he should go to give his aunt a kiss goodbye. He walked over and just leaned his forehead out for a kiss goodbye from every person one by one! Took about 10 minutes 0 -
