Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Known as squalamine, the compound is found in the liver of the shark and is an incredibly powerful antibiotic. It is also found in a few other animals such as lamprey.

Thats amazing! I posted something in the health sciences forum a while back about transgenics being used in medical research. Several animals may hold the key to our own pathologies which is fascinating to me. The Zebra fish is also being examined as its heart has fantastic regeneration abilities.

Yes one and the same or possibly a slightly less domesticated variant.
