Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone else receiving letters asking for bank account balances & if they are not provided will have pension payment stopped?

Recipients are in their 90’s and very upset over it.

If they are on the means tested Non-Contributory Pension then it can be reviewed from time to time and documentation showing the following must be produced:

Cash income (including income from work)
Value of capital (for example, savings, investments, cash on hand and property but not your own home)
    Income from property personally used

    Have they something to hide?

If not, then advise them to do what they've been asked to do and the free money will continue to flow into their local post office every week!
