Overnight Oats for me too
Soya Yoghurt
Soya Milk
Organic Oats
Chai Seeds
Berries / Soft fruit (varied from week to week, at the moment it's cherries)
Agave syrup

Mix up all the ingridients except the syrup in a jar, leave in the fridge overnight, next morning, stir again, if needed add a bit more soya milk, and then add the agave syrup to taste.

Huevos rancheros......
basically eggs and chilli beans, rice and salsa/guacamole on a tortilla throw in a bit of lettuce tomatoes and onions. MMMmmmm

great after a night on the porter.

These Overnight Oat recipes sound lovely and the Udo's Oil would mix in really well too! Great idea, though I'd need to be organised the night before

oooh never thought of adding Udo's Oil into it, that could be really good!
