Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi, for my back and core stability i have to do pilates. i have been using the bosu ball for many years, i was getting one to one lessons with a lady who now lives miles away from me so for the last 18 months i have been doing my own work out on bosu but getting fed up on my own....:( i am in dublin 1/2 days a week and stay over. i am looking for a pilates/bosu teacher who will spend 45 minutes/1 hour doing core work with me each week. thank you. :)
