Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yoga - Xbox Kinect

    Hi Guys

It was suggested to me to take up Yoga to help my flexibility. Unfortunately there are no classes locally during the evenings as most classes take place during the day.

I was thinking of using the Kinect to help me get a feel for it, as it tracks the body position so i'd have a half decent idea if i was doing it right or not, in comparison to watching a dvd.

Does anyone have any experience with doing Yoga in this way?

    Thanks

I've had a go, but I'm a teacher so i was fine with the postures. Just take it easy, don't force your body into stretches or positions you haven't tried before. Go gently and breathe. Nothing beats a teacher to put you right tho but if it's your only option go for it.
