Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Massive potential for violence and a nice early start time. I've died and gone to mma heaven.

Think Gaethje gets the W here.

Yeah it's class, boxing on also. Then the one card in the morning. What a weekend of fights.

5 rounds, miracle if this goes 25

fancy barboza possibly round 2 ko, goes well into round three and I think justin will take over

he's going into another war and he's probably gonna get hit harder than he did v eddie and dustin with those leg kicks

    Just tuning in.

Anything worth catching up on from the Fight Pass prelims?

Nope fairly boring so far but fat Borg lost to his last minute replacement.

I really like Ross Pearson and he has been one of my favourite fighters since I can remember, but he really needs to hang them up now.

1-6 in his last 7. It’s getting ridiculous at this point.

Great first round. Both ladies came to fight. JAG is a warrior.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

Aguilar is taking some beating here. No idea how she’s still standing and coming back for more.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,810 ✭✭✭✭jimmii

Fair play to her seeing that out. She got brutalised in the clinch yikes.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,739 ✭✭✭ASOT

I had that to go the distance in my accumulator in the betting thread, not sure how that survived. Too tough for her own good.

I don’t mind Cruz and I love DC, but my God they’re unbearable together.

Not a fan of either anymore, Felder is the king of commentary!

    Craig looks fupped.

If Kennedy wins, he should call out Jon Jones for an eye poke battle.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,739 ✭✭✭ASOT

Kennedy is a clown gave that fight away, Paul Craig the master of a late finish.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,149 ✭✭✭mangobob

    omg

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 715 ✭✭✭ianob7

Does Craig have the bebo logo tattooed on the inside of his left forearm or am I seeing things ?

Also kenedy showed terrible fight IQ there

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

Craig is some man for leaving it until the last second!

He must have been about 1 for 20 on takedowns and all :pac:

How did Karolina not tap there?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,149 ✭✭✭mangobob

Gotta say MW made KK look pretty pedestrian there. KK totally outclassed.

The hottie looked good tonight, but I think there is a bit of a gulf between her and the title.... A great technical fighter though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,923 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

kk going nowhere in the division and found out yet again by a better striker

she looked really bad in there

interesting to see how emmet gets on in his comeback, fancy mj myself to get it done

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,739 ✭✭✭ASOT

Surprised there wasnt two broken arms with Kennedy & KK, main cards been decent.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,891 ✭✭✭SlowBlowin

Yes a bit of a close card now, the odds are not there for a bet for me, if I was to bet (dont make me) it would be on Barboza to win.

Looking forward to seeing MJ again, its a tough fight for a comeback (maybe)

I am only here now for the bloodbath !

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,739 ✭✭✭ASOT

    Goodnight MJ, solid KO

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,437 ✭✭✭Still Ill

that's what you call a knockout

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,799 ✭✭✭MiskyBoyy

    What a haymaker!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,923 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

mj was so confident that you nearly half expected something to happen

talk about a lad thats dangerous up till the last few seconds, was wondering
would he keep dodging those haymakers

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,891 ✭✭✭SlowBlowin

He was struggling with range throughout, then he finally managed to get that one though.

    Brutal KO

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,047 ✭✭✭Jamiekelly

Theres nothing more brutal in a knockout than seeing half a mouthful of saliva fly across the octagon. Delighted for Emmett though he seems like an absolute gent.

That's why they keep Johnson around even if his record isn't exactly stellar. Someone's going to get hurt.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,739 ✭✭✭ASOT

    Jesus that was quick

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,923 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

Hard to believe branch knocked out Santos

Two below par performances by him now

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,891 ✭✭✭SlowBlowin

I think Branch is a difficult sell now....

Now this is a different kettle of fish, I am sure Barboza will tag him with power, but putting Gaethje down so he stays down ? Be nice to see some ground and pound from Gaethje, hes just so relentless.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,891 ✭✭✭SlowBlowin

I do hope this does not go the way of Ngannou/Lewis.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,739 ✭✭✭ASOT

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,476 ✭✭✭✭martyos121
