Leopardstown appartments

Anyone living in Leopardstown apartments (Viewers/Mimosa/Larksput hall) ? What's the living like there? Any problems? Apparently, there's a structural and fire inspection going on at the moment, any ideas if it's something serious? or just a regular thing? Thanks in advance!

I don't have any direct experience living there but I looked at Mimosa I think and it was too close to the M50 for me. As in, the balcony was directly overlooking the motorway.
