Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi,
I am considering to attend a 'Managing People' Level 6 course. I never learned this type of skills, but have since last year a manager position, also mainly technical.
I would like to know if this course is any good in general. Anybody has experience? are there better alternatives?

Multiple institutions offer it (IBEC, IMI, Irish Times, cpl etc.) and the duration varies between 2 and 4 days. Any recomendations?

I would appreciate every advice.
