Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hello, just looking for a bit of advice. I'm a student in Cork and will be beginning a three month work placement in september and I will be based out in Ballinsloe, Galway. I'm looking for recommendations on where I should try and get good, cheap enough accommodation. From talking to people a majority have told me to avoid living in Ballinasloe. I would love to live in Galway city centre but it would be a 50min drive back and forth everyday and the job I will be taking on will include travelling itself also so I will be burning alot of petrol. I was thinking would it be wiser to live in Athlone town maybe, as it's only a 25min journey and it seems that its a nice enough area with a good nightlife? Any other suggestions. I'd really appreciate it.
