Hi, I'm looking for a bedsit close to UCC for sub 500euro. There doesn't seem to be much online. I know that there are a few agencies in cork, was wondering if you have to pay a fee with them... Thanks

Don't pay a fee to any agent - apparently they aren't allowed charge both sides of a transaction.
