    Hi all
We, the residents of a dublin city centre (northside) complex are in the process of trying to tender for a new management company. Does anyone have any recommendations from their own experience?!
    Thanks in advance

You mean management agent, rather than management company.

We use BohanHyland and find them very good.

There are plenty of agents out there, good and bad, so take your time. Lowest price isn't always the best thing. You want to balance their level of service with their cost.

If they're any good, they will give you some referral sites and directors of management companies they service, who you can then get feedback from.

Best of luck with your search.

Sorry Paul, yeah meant management agency. Agree with The point on pricing too. Our agent resigned after being challenged on extortionate fees proposed for this year and left us somewhat in the lurch to find a replacement. Will check them out.

    CheersW

We are now with O'Sullivan Property Management www.ospm.ie and are very happy with their service. So much better than the last one!
