Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was just wondering if anyone is in the know in relation to say paying off your outstanding mortgage on affordable housing before the term ends and if so and you sold the house after paying off the mortage would you be entitled to sell the house without having to pay the clawback amount to the council. Also with houses in negative equity if the value of an affordable house is now less then the building cost amount of the house when you purchased it would the clawback amount (rate etc) be significantly reduced?
