Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has any opinions on Virgin Media's Online Armour. After having alot of difficulty trying to setup parental controls on my wifi, I finally gave up and signed up for their Online Armour protection. Sofar "find my device" is not working and of course I'm finding it impossible to get any support…

I'd greatly appreciate any advice, help, opinions or even just to hear other people's experience with this product.
